Manager Derek McInnes pulled off a bit of a coup when, in February 2010, he secured the services of former Chelsea defender Michael Duberry for the remainder of the 09/10 campaign.

A good friend of midfielder Jody Morris from their playing days at Chelsea, Michael was persuaded to try his luck with Saints after a spell with Wycombe Wanderers didn't work out.

Coming into the side for the Scottish Cup tie against Dundee United at the start of February, Michael immediately impresed with his strength and ability at the heart of the Saints defence where he played for the remainder of the campaign.

With family based in London, it was widely expected that the player would return south at the end of the 09/10 campaign but to the delight of all parties, a deal was agreed for him to remain with Saints for the 2010/2011 campaign.

Michael's home jersey for 2010/2011 is kindly sponsored by The Muirton Park Travel Club and his away jersey for 2010/2011 is kindly sponsored by AC Management Consultants.

Player Sponsorship costs £300 for the season. For further information please contact Paul Smith on 01738 459099
